These Terms of Service govern the use of the site, content, services, and features available on IHATEC Edu. By accessing and using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms.
These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you, as the user of the services, and IHATEC Edu, as the service provider. These terms govern the use of the website, services, features, and all content available on the platform. By visiting, registering for, or using the IHATEC Edu services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of these Terms of Service along with other policies that form an integral and inseparable part hereof, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, as well as any changes that may occur from time to time.
The services on the IHATEC Edu site may be accessed by visitors in general. However, to fully use the available features, you are required to register an account. During the account registration process, you must provide correct, complete, and accurate information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account that has been created. IHATEC is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
IHATEC reserves the right to change, add, or remove the content of these Terms of Service at any time. Any such changes shall take effect upon publication on the IHATEC Edu website. By continuing to use the service after such changes, you are deemed to have accepted the applicable changes. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically.
IHATEC reserves the right to modify, add, update, or discontinue a part or the whole services and features on the platform at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be made to improve service quality or to accommodate operational needs.
By placing a service order with IHATEC Edu, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to use the services in accordance with the applicable terms. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email stating that your order has been received and awaits payment processing.
Payment for services must be made through the payment methods available on the platform which may involve third-party payment service providers. You must ensure that all payment information provided is accurate and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. A service contract is deemed to be formed once IHATEC has received and confirmed the payment.
IHATEC strives to ensure that all information related to prices and services is accurate. However, technical errors may occur. In the event of a system error that prevents the service from being used as intended, IHATEC may consider refund requests.
Any refund request must be submitted through IHATEC's official contact channels with complete information including the Return Form. The refund process will be carried out within a specific period of up to 7 (seven) business days in accordance with IHATEC's policy. Refunds will not be granted if the issue arises due to user negligence, including errors in selecting services or providing information.
IHATEC may offer promotions or discounts to users at any time. Such promotions are valid only in accordance with the applicable terms and may not be transferred to another account.
Upon successful payment, users are granted limited access rights to the available services and content. Such access rights are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for a specific period. IHATEC reserves the right to terminate access in accordance with its policies, including upon the issuance of a training certificate or upon expiration of the access period.
Certificates are issued upon completion of training requirements. They do not guarantee recognition by specific institutions unless stated otherwise.
In using IHATEC Edu services, you are prohibited from using the platform in any manner that may damage, disable, overload, or interfere with IHATEC Edu's systems and networks. You are also prohibited from unlawfully accessing other users' accounts through actions such as hacking, searching for and retrieving passwords from within the computer system (password mining), or other illegal methods.
In addition, you are prohibited from downloading, storing, copying, recording, sharing, or distributing any content available on the platform, whether for personal or commercial purposes, without written permission from IHATEC. You are also prohibited from lending, renting, transferring, or sharing account access with any other party in any way.
Users are also prohibited from creating replicas of the website, content, or services available on IHATEC Edu, as well as from engaging in any actions that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of IHATEC or third parties.
Users are required to use IHATEC Edu services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. When necessary, IHATEC reserves the right and authority to cooperate with relevant authorities in investigating any legal violations committed by users.
If IHATEC finds any violations of these Terms of Service, IHATEC reserves the right to take actions in accordance with applicable policies, including but not limited to issuing warnings, restricting access, suspending accounts, and permanently deleting accounts.
In the event that a violation results in the revocation of access rights, users shall not be entitled to request any refund for services that have been purchased. Such revocation of access does not limit IHATEC's right to take any necessary legal action to protect IHATEC's interests as the aggrieved party.
All content available on the IHATEC Edu platform is owned by IHATEC or parties who have granted licenses to IHATEC. Such content is protected by applicable Intellectual Property Laws in Indonesia.
Users are granted limited rights to access and use the content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using the content for commercial purposes without written permission from IHATEC.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must immediately report any unlawful use to IHATEC. IHATEC shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from users' negligence in maintaining account security.
IHATEC strives to provide optimal services. However, IHATEC does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses, hence users need to understand that the use of the service is entirely the users' responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IHATEC shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of the service, whether directly or indirectly. In the event that liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, IHATEC's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the service used.
These provisions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws in Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts in Indonesia.
