To start using IHATEC Edu services, you need to create an account first. Please click the “Register” button available on the main page, then fill in your information such as name, active email, and password. Make sure the email you use is valid because it will be used for verification and communication.
After the registration process is complete, you can immediately log in and start exploring the available classes.
Log in to your account by clicking the “Login” button, then enter the email and password you registered with. If the entered information is correct, you will be directed to your account dashboard.
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email, then follow the instructions to create a new password via email.
You can update your profile information through the account settings menu. Make sure the information you provide is always accurate to simplify certification and communication processes.
Choose the class you want, then click the “Buy Now” button. You will be directed to the checkout page to complete the payment.
IHATEC Edu provides various payment methods such as bank transfer, virtual account, and e-wallet through third-party payment providers.
After making a payment, the system will automatically process your transaction. Payment status may include:
If the payment is successful, class access will be activated immediately.
If the payment fails, you can try again using another payment method or ensure your balance is sufficient.
Payment receipts can be accessed through the dashboard or the email sent after the transaction is successful.
After the payment is successful, the class will automatically appear on your account dashboard. Click the class to start learning.
Make sure you are logged in with the correct account and the payment has been completed successfully. If it still does not appear, please contact the support team.
You can follow learning materials in the form of videos, modules, or assignments available in the class. Make sure you complete all materials to receive a certificate.
If the video cannot be played, make sure your internet connection is stable. You can also try using another browser or device.
As long as your access period is still active, you can review the materials anytime.
Certificates will be awarded after you complete all materials and meet the requirements specified in the class.
After being declared passed, the certificate can be downloaded through your account dashboard.
If the certificate is not yet available, make sure you have completed all materials or wait for the system process.
Certificates are proof of training completion and can be used as a portfolio, but their recognition depends on the policies of each institution.
Refunds can only be processed under certain conditions, such as system errors or inaccessible services.
Please submit your request through the official IHATEC email by including complete information such as your name, email, and proof of payment.
Requests will be reviewed by the IHATEC team. If approved, the refund process will be completed within a certain period of time.
Refunds are not applicable if the issue occurs due to user negligence, such as selecting the wrong class or incorrect data input.
Keep your email and password confidential. Do not share your account with others.
Passwords can be changed through the account settings menu.
Using an account simultaneously on multiple devices may cause access restrictions by the system.

Enter the promo code on the checkout page before making payment.
