Frequently Asked Questions

IHATEC E-Learning can be accessed using modern browsers such as:
Google Chrome (recommended)
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge
Safari (for Mac & iPhone users)
For the best experience, please use the latest version of your browser.
Please try the following steps:
- Reload the page / Clear your browser cache
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Try a different browser (Google Chrome is usually the most stable)

If the issue persists, please contact IHATEC Customer Service.
If you do not receive the verification email, please try the following:
- Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder
- Make sure you entered the correct and active email address during registration
- Click the resend verification option if available

If you still do not receive it, please contact IHATEC Customer Service for account activation assistance.
Access to the class will remain available as long as the participant has not downloaded the certificate. Once the certificate has been downloaded, the class will no longer be accessible.
Participants who have completed the E-Learning class are entitled to receive a training certificate. The certificate can be downloaded directly from the participant dashboard.

1. GETTING STARTED

How to Register an Account

To start using IHATEC Edu services, you need to create an account first. Please click the “Register” button available on the main page, then fill in your information such as name, active email, and password. Make sure the email you use is valid because it will be used for verification and communication.

After the registration process is complete, you can immediately log in and start exploring the available classes.

How to Login

Log in to your account by clicking the “Login” button, then enter the email and password you registered with. If the entered information is correct, you will be directed to your account dashboard.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email, then follow the instructions to create a new password via email.

Edit Profile Information

You can update your profile information through the account settings menu. Make sure the information you provide is always accurate to simplify certification and communication processes.

2. PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

How to Purchase a Class

Choose the class you want, then click the “Buy Now” button. You will be directed to the checkout page to complete the payment.

Payment Methods

IHATEC Edu provides various payment methods such as bank transfer, virtual account, and e-wallet through third-party payment providers.

Payment Status

After making a payment, the system will automatically process your transaction. Payment status may include:

  • Waiting for payment
  • Successful
  • Failed

If the payment is successful, class access will be activated immediately.

Failed Payment

If the payment fails, you can try again using another payment method or ensure your balance is sufficient.

Payment Invoice

Payment receipts can be accessed through the dashboard or the email sent after the transaction is successful.

3. CLASS ACCESS & LEARNING

How to Access Classes

After the payment is successful, the class will automatically appear on your account dashboard. Click the class to start learning.

If the Class Does Not Appear

Make sure you are logged in with the correct account and the payment has been completed successfully. If it still does not appear, please contact the support team.

How to Participate in Learning

You can follow learning materials in the form of videos, modules, or assignments available in the class. Make sure you complete all materials to receive a certificate.

Video Playback Issues

If the video cannot be played, make sure your internet connection is stable. You can also try using another browser or device.

Can Classes Be Repeated

As long as your access period is still active, you can review the materials anytime.

4. CERTIFICATES

How to Obtain a Certificate

Certificates will be awarded after you complete all materials and meet the requirements specified in the class.

How to Download a Certificate

After being declared passed, the certificate can be downloaded through your account dashboard.

Certificate Not Yet Available

If the certificate is not yet available, make sure you have completed all materials or wait for the system process.

Certificate Validity

Certificates are proof of training completion and can be used as a portfolio, but their recognition depends on the policies of each institution.

5. REFUND POLICY

Refund Requirements

Refunds can only be processed under certain conditions, such as system errors or inaccessible services.

How to Request a Refund

Please submit your request through the official IHATEC email by including complete information such as your name, email, and proof of payment.

Refund Process

Requests will be reviewed by the IHATEC team. If approved, the refund process will be completed within a certain period of time.

Refunds Do Not Apply If

Refunds are not applicable if the issue occurs due to user negligence, such as selecting the wrong class or incorrect data input.

Account Security

Keep your email and password confidential. Do not share your account with others.

Change Password

Passwords can be changed through the account settings menu.

Account Used on Multiple Devices

Using an account simultaneously on multiple devices may cause access restrictions by the system.

Blocked Account

If your account is blocked, there may have been a violation of the terms of service. Please contact the support team for more information.

How to Use a Promo Code

Enter the promo code on the checkout page before making payment.

Promo Code Cannot Be Used

Make sure the promo code is still valid and meets the specified requirements.
